This is a very smart modern cit pad with one bedroom located in the city near Central railway Station.
It is in a security building and also has the advantage of having secure car park.
There are timber floors throughout. The living room is cheerful and comfortable having a plasma screen TV and if you like you can watch the passing kaleidoscope of city sights from the large balcony
A double sofa bed for that extra person and also a very comfy chair with a foot stool, great for watching the TV.
The kitchen has an electric cook top, oven and microwave and all the crockery and pots and pans for the preparation of your meals and the dining table is attractive and modern with seating for four persons.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a desk and table lamp, there are very spacious built-in wardrobes for your clothes and storage.
The bathroom is modern and has a shower cubicle. It also has a laundry area with a washing machine and a drier.
Bed linen and towels are supplied. Let us know if you wish to use the sofa bed and we can make the necessary arrangements regarding bed linen.
There is a BBQ area on the roof; terrific city views, there are chairs up there for you when your BBQ meal is ready.
Security parking for one car.
A bond of $1000 is required but this is refunded at the end of the stay after a satisfactory inspection. There is a charge for a professional departure clean. and there is a small charge for internet connection
A convenience store is in the building, Coffee shops and cafes all around and only a short bus ride to the city centre.
From this exciting venue you have access by bus to anywhere in the city
From the apartment it is only a few minutes walk to The Ian Thorpe leisure Centre and swimming pool.
Take a bus to Circular Quay, the Rocks Area or to Darling Harbour and explore
Sydney to the full. Take a ferry trip and drop off at Taronga Zoo a fantastic day out.
