A bond is required, this is returned after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment at the end of the lease. There is a charge for a departure clean and a carpet clean.

It is so convenient for the city which is about 15 minutes walk; both the bus stop and the railway underground station are within a few minutes walk and the journey to the CBD takes about 7 minutes.
