This is a stylish, well furnished executive one bedroom apartment in a sought after complex.

With a minimum rental 3 months and priced depending on length of stay, this apartment is spacious and the lounge is well furnished with a TV, CD and DVD player with FOXTEL installed.

Patio windows and a balcony, the full width of the living room, give extended living area and views of the garden and also some district views to Paddington.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed and mirror wardrobes with plenty of hanging rails and shelving. There is storage space for towels and bed linen which are provided.

Internet connection (extra charge $120 for the first month). If you require an internet modem book it before you arrive; if it isn’t booked we may not we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys. The cost of delivering it to you later is $25.

If required, the telephone may be connected by the tenant.

All apartments in the Elan have:

This apartment has no parking. If parking is required it can be arranged for an extra charge.

A bond is required, this is returned after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment at the end of the lease. There is a charge for a departure clean.

The ELAN apartments are sought after by professional and business people both from interstate and overseas. It is so convenient for the city which is about 15 minutes walk; both the bus stop and the railway underground station are within a few minutes walk and the journey to the CBD takes about 7 minutes.

It is a favourite also with yachting people as Rushcutters Bay and the Yacht Club are only about 5 minutes walk and it is very convenient for people working and filming at Fox Studios.

Should you need to come to St Vincent’s Hospital for health reasons or to be near a relative needing hospital care the Elan apartments are close enough to walk to the hospital in 5 minutes or less.

It is in a lively upbeat area. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants, clubs and pubs.

For serious shopping it’s about a 4km bus ride to the new international Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction.

For sea or harbour swimming take a bus ride to Bondi Beach or some of the lovely beaches in the Eastern Suburbs, many have safe netted area.
