Internet connection (extra charge). We can supply a modem at $120 for the first month and $60 for every month thereafter. Let us know if you require an internet modem, if so book it before you arrive; if it isn't booked we may not we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys.
A bond of $2000 is required, it is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A charge is made for a professional departure clean for every booking.
Please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so, there is also a fumigation to be done at the end of your stay (extra charge). This is carried out for hygienic reasons.
