Three bedroom security townhouse on two levels with single car space in covered secure parking area. The house is very close to Rushcutters Bay Park, it’s just across New South Head Rd; about 3 minutes walk.

Ground floor:

First floor:
• Master bed with Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony.
• Second and third bedrooms also have a queen size bed. All the bedrooms have bedside tables and table lamps and a balcony.

• Linen cupboard, bed linen and towels are provided.

Internet connection (extra charge). We supply a modem at $120 for the first month and $60 for every month thereafter. If you require an internet modem book it before you arrive; if it isn’t booked we may not we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys. If required, the telephone may be connected by the tenant.

A bond of $2000 is required, it is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A charge is made for a professional departure clean for every booking

As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay (extra charge). This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.

There are very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station. This is a busy area; very close to the main road and also to the railway into Sydney city.

It is less than 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross where there are excellent restaurants of all kinds. A great selection of coffee shops also clubs and nightlife in this area.

Bus at door and train within 5 minutes walk. The city is 10 minutes away. Immediate access to Cross City tunnel by car. You can get to the delightful village type suburb of Balmain within 10 minutes.

A visit to the Sunday Market in Potts Point is a must; you will find all kinds of food, flowers, books artefacts, good coffee and knick knacks. The Market is run by the Rotary Club of Kings Cross.

Swim and surf at Bondi Beach to Coogee and Bronte; three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities. A short bus or car trip away.

Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Sydney Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
