A bond of $2000 is required, it is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A charge is made for a professional departure clean for every booking.
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay (extra charge). This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.
This is a bustling area; very close to the main road and also to the railway into Sydney city. Bus Stop 15m and train within 5 minutes walk.
The city is 10 minutes away. Immediate access to Cross City tunnel by car. You can get to the delightful village type suburb of Balmain within 10 minutes.
Travelling east within 10 to 15 minutes drive there are ocean and harbour beaches to visit and enjoy, many with netted areas for safe swimming.
There are very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station. It is less than 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross where there are excellent restaurants of all kinds. A great selection of coffee shops also clubs and nightlife in this area.
A visit to the Sunday Market in Potts Point is a must you will find all kinds of Food, Flowers, Clothes, Artefacts and knick knacks. The Market is run by the Rotary Club of Kings Cross.
