The building is a relatively new development in a very vibrant area, with lots of places to eat, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants with food of many nations within a few hundred metres of the Top of the Town.
This studio on level 3 has a large balcony and is quite spacious.
There is a modern stainless galley steel kitchen. It is fully equipped, there are cooking pots and table ware. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is ready to live in; you just need your clothes and tooth brush. Its many wonderful features include:

• A plasma TV a DVD and stereo radio;
• A double wall bed;
• A modern bathroom with a large shower, and a laundry with a washing machine and drier;
• 24 hour security staff
In the building on level 6 there is: A very well equipped gym, a sauna and a plunge pool.
If you require parking we may be able to arrange this for you but there will be an extra charge.
A bond of $700 is required, it is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A charge is made for a professional departure clean for every booking.
Bring your laptop, for Internet connection (extra charge) $120 for the first month, $60 each month thereafter. Let us know if you require internet connection; it should be booked before you arrive and we will have it ready for you when you pick up the keys.
Pets As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean required at the end of your stay (extra charge). This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons and the comfort of the next tenant.
The Top of the Town is situated in the lively upbeat area of Kings Cross. Only a few minutes walk to clubs and pubs.
The city is about 15 minutes walk and both bus stop and the railway underground station are within a a few hundred metres.
For serious shopping it’s about a 4km bus ride to the new international Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction.
For sea or harbour swimming take a bus ride to Bondi Beach or some of the lovely beaches in the Eastern Suburbs, many have safe netted area.
It is only a 6 minute walk to St Vincent’s Hospital and fashion destination Oxford St.
While you are in this area, a visit to the Sunday Market in Potts Point is a must; you will find all kinds merchandise including food, flowers, clothes, books, artefacts, knick knacks and good coffee. The Market is run by the Rotary Club of Kings Cross.
Swim and surf at Bondi Beach to Coogee and Bronte; three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities. A short bus or car trip away.
Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Sydney Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.
Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Shop till you drop in, Sydney City and Bondi Junction.
