A bond of $2000 is required, this is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the property. A charge of $200 for a professional departure clean is made. If you require internet connection this can be supplied, there is an initial charge of $120 for up to 4 weeks use, each subsequent month is $60.
