Bedroom Two is set up with 2 single beds, bedside table and bed light. We can tailor this room to suit your requirements so advise us at the time of booking if you would prefer alternative bed sizes.
Wash off the sand in the modern bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. All linen and towels are supplied for the duration of your stay and there is a coin-operated laundrette with washing machines and driers just metres from this apartment.
To prepare a meal or snack, there is a Kitchen featuring marble benchtops, cupboard storage, gas cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator and microwave.
The combined Lounge and Dining has a table to seats 6 and looks out to dazzling beach views so you can soak in the sights while spreading out on the couch. Or enjoy the sun in the outdoor terrace.
A bond of $1500 is required; this is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the property. There is also a $200 charge for a professional departure clean. If you require internet connection this can be supplied, there is an initial charge of $120 for up to 4 weeks use, each subsequent month is $60.
There is parking in the driveway for one car, but this apartment is well positioned to access some of the other attractions in the region by public transport.
A short bus ride will take you into the city or Circular Quay and the Rocks area where there is a host of shops, restaurants and cafes to experience.
Bronte is teeming with a leisure activities including great surfing, swimming, strolling through spacious parklands or sipping coffees at one of a half a dozen sidewalk cafes.
It is just 100 metres to beach, 150 metres to the nearest café or restaurant or 500 metres to the nearest store to stock up on supplies in nearby Mackenzie Street.
This vibrant community is also renowned for its annual long distance swim in December between the gorgeous beachside suburbs of Bondi and Bronte. And the coastal cliff walk between these two destinations is a slice of heaven.
