Bedroom two has a queen bed, hanging rails, bedside table and lights. It also has a great sunroom with park views. You can walk across this park to the shopping mall in Bondi Junction.
Bedroom three is currently set up for children; having two cots, a sink for bathing and cupboards to store children's needs. This bedroom can be re-arranged to suit your family needs and a double sofa bed, with a spring interior, can be moved in if required. A pleasant surprise awaits here as there is a huge balcony which overlooks the garden; great for sunbathing etc as it is not overlooked by other properties.
Other features of this lovely home include a second toiletpowder room on the landing which leads to the laundry. A modern bathroom with a separate shower and bath are on the same level as the bedrooms. Unlimited street-parking if you have a car.
This bright spacious home is 'ready made' for most family needs; children's areas and adult's nooks and crannies including the sunroom that could be 'your territory' to curl up in with your book. And; the already mentioned balcony off the third bedroom could be used for your coffee meetings to discuss 'what or what not to do today'.
Great cross ventilation is provided by the ever present Bondi breezes. With the patio and lounge window open slightly the house is cool in the heat of the summer.
Your choice of restaurants; many excellent eateries are down at Bondi Beach which is only a short bus or taxi ride away. Also worth visiting is the food mall in the Westfield Shopping Centre. The food from many nations can be sampled there and there are two floors to explore.
The bus stops for regular services to the City or Bondi are at the end of the street by the service stationconvenience store.
The property is located between Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach. The walk to the beach may be trying for little legs but a taxi will have you there in minutes and is quite cheap.
There is a standard charge for a professional departure clean. A bond is required but this is refunded at the end of the stay after a satisfactory inspection of the property. Internet Connection is available for an extra charge.
