With good cross ventilation from cooling sea breezes, this comfortable residence boasts two bedrooms where you can relax after exploring beautiful Bondi Beach.
The lounge has 2 very comfortable sofas that look out onto dazzling views so you can soak in the sights while relaxing or enjoy the sun on the outdoor terrace. A TV and CDDVD (Foxtel is installed) for your entertainment after a busy day in the surf or just building sandcastles with the kids.
The balcony has a BBQ and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening while the sun goes down.
Bedroom One comes complete with a queen-size bed, plenty of hanging space and storage, bedside table, drawers and bedside lights.
Bedroom Two is set up with a kings sized bed (that can be divided and used as 2 single beds), bedside tables and bed lights. Note: We can tailor this room to suit your requirements so advise us at the time of booking which bed lay-out you would require.
If you need to cook and prepare a meal or snack, there is a kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage, all appliances and table ware, a gas cook top and electric oven, refrigerator and microwave. The views from the kitchen may distract you from cooking so be aware there are many, many very good restaurants just on Bondi Road and in the surrounding area that serve very reasonably priced meals, you may never want to slave over a hot stove again.
After a busy day at the beach rinse off the sand in the very user friendly bathroom which has a large bath and a separate shower cubicle.
All linen and towels are supplied for the duration of your stay and there is a laundry with washing machine and drier, there is a second toilet in this room.
A bond of $1500 is required; this is returned to you at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the property.
There is also a charge for a professional departure clean. If you require internet connection this can be supplied, there is an initial charge of $120 for up to 4 weeks use, each subsequent month is $75.
The apartment is well positioned to access many other attractions in the region by public transport
A garage comes with the apartment but you may not need to use your car.
A short bus ride will take you into the city or Circular Quay and the Rocks area where there is a host of shops, restaurants and cafes to experience.
Bondi Beach is teeming with a leisure activities including great surfing, swimming, strolling through spacious parklands or sipping coffees at sidewalk cafes. The coastal walk between Bondi beach and Bronte beach is not only excercise but you will find plenty of art work and terrific views along the way
This vibrant community is also renowned for its annual long distance swim in December between the gorgeous beachside suburbs of Bondi and Bronte.
