The apartment is suitable for a family and so close to the beach that a small child would not have difficulty in walking there. It's very handy for Bondi's cafes convenience stores and very regular public transport.
Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing is during the winter season, the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday.
A bond is required; this is refunded at the end of the stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
If you require internet connection this can be supplied, there is an initial charge of $120 for up to 4 weeks use, each subsequent month is $75
