By car via the tunnel you can be in Kings Cross in 15 minutes; from there you can visit some of the lovely harbour and ocean beaches for swimming and surfing in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Rental price depends on length of stay. A bond is required and is returned at the end of the tenancy after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. There is a mandatory clean fee.

The ferry is literally at the bottom of the garden, there is a park within a 50 metre walk and the bus is within a 5 minute walk. Circular Quay is 8 minutes by fast peak hour ferry.
