Pricing Policy
OzUnitz Pty Ltd pricing is determined by careful consideration of industry practice. Our operations are carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices.
 
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st July 2000 but it is possible to pay listings in the other currencies shown on the list of currencies processed by the Payment Gateway provider.
 
The currency exchange is dynamically updated by the Payment Gateway provider. We take no responsibility for the currency exchange or the fees and spreads applied by the Payment Gateway provider.
 
Listings are processed through the website payment Gateway but occasionally they can be processed manually over the telephone, if the customer so requests.
 
Rents and other expenses are not the responsibility of Ozunitz Pty Ltd and are usually privately settled via telephone, by mail or in person between the landlord and the tenant.
Refund Policy
As we do not sell goods but only provide services, we have a refund policy but no return policy. This refunds policy is shown below. Please read this carefully before conducting business with OzUnitz Pty Ltd.
 
Refund of a listing is only possible in the case of a double payment for the same listing. Our listing is not a membership and users must pay for every property listed. Listing fees are not refundable under any circumstances including:

listing not approved,

listing not activated,
-
listing disabled
-
cancellation by the listee
-
cancellation by authority of OzUnitz Pty Ltd,

listing of the incorrect property.
